Dosage

  • One 5-liter container prepares a 100-liter cleaning solution.

Applications

  • Fill the tank with permeate and add MEMBRANE CLEANER B to make a 5% solution, stirring thoroughly.
  • Circulate for 1-2 hours as per the cleaning cycle.
  • Best results at 35-40°C; avoid exceeding 50°C.
  • Drain the cleaning solution after the cycle and rinse with feed water for 10-15 minutes.
  • Discharge product water during the initial 30 minutes of operation.

Caution

  • Avoid mixing with other membrane cleaners or products to prevent membrane damage.
  • Prevent skin contact; rinse with plenty of water if contact occurs.
  • Replace CARTRIDGE FILTER ELEMENT after completing the cleaning cycle.
