URSA Associates offers Rochem Alkleen products, robust alkaline cleaners meticulously formulated with a blend of carefully selected sequestrants, potent synthetic detergents, alkaline salts, and soaps. These products enable swift penetration and cost-effective removal of oil and grease films by leveraging saponification and emulsification. They are non-corrosive to ferrous metals and epoxy coatings, but caution is advised for use with aluminum, magnesium, and zinc silicate tank coatings.
Rochem Alkleen can be employed in four equally effective methods depending on available resources:
Rochem Alkleen Liquid is ideal for removing fatty acid oil, fish oil, and oxidized oil residues from cargo and storage tanks, railroad tank cars, tank trucks, depots, and manufacturing plants. It is highly effective against hardened oxidized oil films and occasionally for mineral oils and solvents. It is also ideal as a final treatment for tanks transitioning from black to white or grain. Additionally, it effectively cleans boilers, condensers, heat exchangers, and engine parts.
Rochem Alkleen efficiently removes oil, carbon, and greasy compounds from steam sides of condensers and heat exchangers, as well as slime from the saltwater side of condensers and oil from the water side of boilers. Effective for preventing fermentations in septic and sanitary tanks, keeping tank contents in a soluble state for easier discharge and cleaning. Proper safety precautions are necessary due to the strong alkaline compounds in Alkleen.
Field service representatives possess valuable knowledge on practical and effective Alkleen usage. They offer specific assistance on procedures, required quantities, solution strength, and other cleaning operation queries.
