• Steam Soaking Method: Minimizes man-hours by converting oil and fat into a dispersible emulsion, suitable for pumping overboard.
• Hot Wash Down Method: Faster operation but requires more man-hours.
• Hot Soaking Method: Suitable when time is not a critical factor; agitation occurs through vessel motion.
• Rotating Spray Method: Speeds up cleaning in equipped tanks, reducing man-hours and equipment wear. Subsequent washdown with sea or fresh water is recommended.

Application

Rochem Alkleen Liquid is ideal for removing fatty acid oil, fish oil, and oxidized oil residues from cargo and storage tanks, railroad tank cars, tank trucks, depots, and manufacturing plants.
