Dosage

Rochem Fore & Aft finds extensive use in various applications

• Engine Room Cleaning: Effective for maintaining fuel and lubricating oil separator plates without impacting oil water separators.
• Industrial Cleaning:Suitable for cleaning ferry car decks, dockheads, industrial machinery, parts, and floors in factories, warehouses, or garages.
• Passenger Accommodations:Efficiently removes grime, nicotine, and other deposits in areas requiring rigorous cleaning.

Dosage and Application

• Mixing Ratio: Prepare a warm fresh water mixture ranging from 1-5 to 1-20 depending on soiling. For heavy deposits, use neat solution and let it penetrate for about 5 minutes before rinsing with hot or cold water.
• Application Methods:
• Hand sponge cleaning: Use gloves and a 5 percent solution in hot fresh water to remove exhaust deposits, oil, and grease from paintwork.
• Boil-out compound:Utilize a 5 to 10 percent solution in fresh water when free caustic is not allowed.
• High-pressure machines:Employ a dosage of 1 percent or less to prevent the product from drying on the cleaned area.

Handling Precautions

Due to its alkaline nature, avoid skin and eye contact. Do not inhale vapor or spray. Use in well-ventilated areas. In case of contact, rinse with plenty of water.
