    • Process:

    • Gradually heat the boiler with a slow fire, allowing pressure to rise gradually, yielding strong steam blows at air cocks.
    • Repeat the procedure for three consecutive days, incrementally increasing pressure, ensuring gradual blow-downs and refills.

Final Drainage and Inspection

  • Completely drain the boiler when pressure drops to 0.04 MN/m2 (0.4 kgf/cm2).
  • Refill to flood the drum and superheater, then conduct a thorough inspection for any oil, grease, or sediment residues. If detected, repeat the boiling-out process until surfaces are immaculate.

Storage and Handling

  • Store in a dry place with the container closed when not in use.
  • Avoid skin contact. In case of contact, wash with plenty of water. For eye contact, rinse with large volumes of cold water and seek medical attention.
