Usage

This product is ideal for cleaning both lube oil separator discs and fuel oil separator discs. The separator can be cleaned either through in-place circulation (if properly equipped) or by immersing individual units, disc sets, etc., as well as by spraying or scrubbing as needed.

Dosage

A ratio of 1 part Rochem DISCLEANER to 4 to 8 parts water is recommended based on the severity and quantity of deposits, although it can be used neat if desired.

Application

Immerse the parts in the Rochem DISCLEANER solution for one to three hours. Utilize any suitable container (except galvanized) for immersion. For faster cleaning, use slight agitation and/or warm the diluted DISCLEANER to a temperature of 50 to 60°C (122-140°F). Thoroughly rinse the parts with fresh water after cleaning.

Handling Precautions

Treat it with caution, similar to handling an acid. Use water-protective gloves, goggles, and appropriate clothing. If the product comes into contact with skin or eyes, immediately flush with water for at least 15 minutes while removing contaminated clothing. Seek medical attention.
