ENI AQUAMET IFU – Emulsifiable Metalworking Fluid

ENI AQUAMET IFU is a high-performance emulsifiable metalworking fluid designed for cutting and grinding operations. It is formulated from selected base stocks and advanced additives that ensure excellent emulsion stability even in hard water conditions.

It provides effective corrosion protection, superior cooling performance and long emulsion life due to the presence of biocides and rust inhibitors. The product is suitable for a wide range of machining applications across ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

Recommended Procedure

Before charging fresh coolant, the system should be cleaned thoroughly. Circulate a system cleaner for adequate time and remove all residues. Prepare the emulsion by adding oil to water with proper agitation. Avoid mixing in stagnant conditions and do not use galvanized containers.
