ENI AQUAMET IFU is recommended for a wide range of cutting operations on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It is especially suitable for operations where high cooling efficiency is required such as turning, drilling, milling, tapping and grinding.

Before charging fresh coolant, the system should be cleaned thoroughly. Circulate a system cleaner for adequate time and remove all residues. Prepare the emulsion by adding oil to water with proper agitation. Avoid mixing in stagnant conditions and do not use galvanized containers.
