Properties & Performance

  • Excellent resistance to high-temperature degradation
  • Prevents sludge and deposit formation
  • Ensures efficient heat transfer due to optimal viscosity
  • High thermal stability up to cracking temperatures
  • Excellent air release and low foaming tendency
  • Maintains stable performance over long service life
  • High auto-ignition temperature reduces fire risk

Applications

  • Steam and hot water production units
  • Heat exchangers (counter-current systems)
  • Asphalt and petroleum product storage
  • Cement, textile, paper and plastic industries
  • Industrial heat transfer systems (open & closed circuits)

Operating Advice

During start-up of new units or after maintenance, especially in the presence of residual moisture, the system temperature should be gradually increased to around 100°C to remove water before reaching normal operating temperatures.
